Equipment is sourced after order confirmation. Sourcing and production time are separate from transit. Timing depends on the model and delivery address.
Does the price include shipping and import duties?
USD prices include standard contiguous-US shipping. Remote delivery, moving equipment indoors and assembly are excluded. Applicable sales tax is separate. EU and Australian delivery is not included in these US prices.
What warranty do you offer?
Warranty coverage and return terms need to be agreed for the selected model and destination before payment.
How is it packed and assembled?
Ask for the final packing dimensions, gross weight and assembly instructions for your model. Delivery access and unloading arrangements also need to be checked.
Foldable or fixed frame — which should I choose?
Choose a folding frame if the room needs to serve other purposes, and verify its approved storage position. A fixed frame suits a setup that stays assembled.
Which accessories fit my reformer?
Fittings vary between models. Send the machine model, part measurements and the accessory you want so compatibility can be checked.
