When your equipment arrives

Check the packaging and contents against the confirmed item list. Keep the packing and model references while you inspect the equipment. Record visible transit damage and contact support before using anything damaged.

Before practice

Follow the model instructions for assembly, adjustment and inspection. Stop using the equipment if a spring, attachment or moving part is damaged or loose, and request guidance for that model.
