Ask for the return window, eligibility conditions and any restrictions on customised items in writing. Check where an approved return would be sent, who pays transport costs and how refunds would be handled.

Damage or a product issue

Keep the order reference and model details. Record the condition of the package and equipment, and contact us before returning an item. Do not use damaged equipment.

Requesting a return

Include your order reference, the item and the reason for the request. Ask for the return approval and address before shipping anything back.

Refund eligibility, amount, method and timing must be confirmed for the order. A submitted enquiry does not confirm a return or refund.
