Shipping and delivery

US shipping included

Displayed prices are in USD and include standard shipping to the contiguous United States. Equipment is sourced from China after an order is accepted.

Large equipment

Standard delivery is to the curb. Moving equipment indoors, stairs, assembly and removal of packaging are not included. Check access and unloading space before ordering.

Other destinations

Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO, PO boxes and remote locations are outside the standard shipping basis. EU and Australian shipping is not included in the displayed US price.

Timing

Supplier processing and international transit are separate. Timing varies by model and destination; a supplier dispatch label is not an international delivery date.

Applicable sales taxes are separate. Import arrangements and any address-specific restrictions must be clear before payment. Online payment is not available yet.
