Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, include its reference and explain which items or quantities you want to change. Use Contact us to submit the request.

Before an order is accepted

Cancellation terms need to be agreed in writing for the model and configuration. Ask how sourcing, customisation and shipping would affect a change or cancellation, including any charges.

After confirmation

The order’s sourcing or shipping status needs to be checked before a change can be confirmed. Submitting a request does not cancel the order or confirm a refund.

Changing an enquiry

If you have only requested a quote, include the AV enquiry reference with your revised model, quantity or delivery details. An enquiry does not place an order or reserve stock.
