Do you hold stock locally?

We plan to source products from China after each order is confirmed. Local stock is not promised.

Can I pay online?

Online payments are currently disabled. Product and delivery terms need to be agreed before an order is accepted.

Is shipping included in the product price?

Displayed USD prices include standard shipping to the contiguous United States. Remote delivery, moving equipment indoors and assembly are excluded. EU and Australian delivery is not included in this US price.

Will accessories fit any reformer?

Fit varies by model. Check dimensions and fittings before ordering.

Can I customise the equipment?

Options depend on the supplier, model and order quantity. Ask what is available for the item you want. A factory’s general logo service may not apply to that model or to a single-unit order.

When will my order arrive?

We need to check availability and the shipping route before confirming estimated dispatch and transit times.
