Routine maintenance

Follow the inspection and care instructions for your model. Cleaning is only part of the routine; springs, ropes, fittings and moving components also need to be checked.

Inspect the equipment

Use the model instructions to check wear, secure fittings and maintain the carriage. Stop using the equipment if a component is damaged or its condition is uncertain, until it has been assessed.

Cleaning

Use cleaners and methods approved for the upholstery and frame finish. Check each material, since the same cleaner may not suit every component.

Ordering replacements

Keep the model details and part measurements. Check these when ordering, even if a replacement looks similar or uses the same spring colour.
